Call for special pricing

This was created for a bar mitzvah as part of the decor. The theme was Marc Madness and the family wanted to create a centerpiece in the kids area of the Bar Mitzvah boy keeping in the theme of the party, Basketball. So the child was created out of license plates in shape of a basketball.
